It’s an indepth look into a business plan that will cause most managers to say “that just can’t work”, however Mary Kay Inc has proved that it can. It is a must-read for all people in management positions.
Jim Underwood is an award winning author who has written for the New York Times, and the Wallstreet Journal, among other publications. His accolades are great, and many. He was also the first “outside” author to have full access to the Mary Kay Inc staff, to hear and record their stories in a book that was not published by and for Mary Kay Inc.
