My New Year Goals are as follows:

*Go to the gym between 3-5 times per week
*Increase my veggie and fiber intake
*Lose the weight I gained over Christmas, and maintain a healthy weight for me, where I feel good (but not obsessive)
*Increase my CTMH sales to at least $300 / month
*Be nicer to my husband
*Read at least 20 books this year
